How does the subscription work?

The Snailee Mailee Club subscription renews automatically on the same date each month as when you first joined.
For example, if you signed up on the 1st of December, your next payments will be on the 1st of January, February and so on.
If you ever wish to cancel, just make sure to do so before your next billing date.
Each envelope is mailed at the end of the month, and you can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard.

Will the items be the same every month?

Nope! Each month brings a brand new collection. One of the joys of Snailee Mailee is that our inner creativity is shared — I love experimenting with fresh inspiration , colours, themes and ideas. You’ll never receive the same thing twice!

Are the items and designs exclusive?

Yes! Every design is created exclusively for Snailee Mailee Club. I haven’t decided if they will appear in our shop down the track, so you’ll always be the first to receive something special and never a repeat.

When will I receive my letter? Can I track it?

The Snailee Mailee is sent via regular (untracked) letter mail on the last business day of each month.

  • Within Australia: Most letters arrive in major cities within 2 weeks.
  • International: Delivery can take up to 15 business days or more, depending on your location.

When should I update my address if I move?

Please update your shipping details in your account before the 20th of the month to make sure your next envelope finds its way to you.

What if my mail gets lost?

Snail mail can sometimes be unpredictable! If your envelope hasn’t arrived within 2–3 weeks (Australia) or 4–6 weeks (international), please send me an email so I can help sort it out.
