Imagine a celebration filled with laughter, connection, and hands-on creativity, without the stress of organising everything yourself. Our Private Evenindee Create & Co Art & Craft Parties are designed to create fun, relaxed and memorable experiences right in your home or chosen venue.

Perfect for birthdays, girls’ nights, family gatherings, kids parties, hens celebrations, or simply a beautiful excuse to get together.

Choose from a laid-back paint & sip style session or enjoy a mix of creative, hands-on craft activities tailored to your group, theme, and skill level. Whether it’s an adults-only creative night or a colourful kids celebration, every party is designed to suit your guests.

We provide all materials, setup, and step-by-step guidance in a welcoming space where creativity is encouraged and perfection is never expected.

Our goal is simple create a relaxed atmosphere where you can unwind, try something new, share laughs, and take home something handmade and meaningful.

Hi my name is Daneve,

I’m a deeply creative soul, inspired by a lifetime immersed in art and learning. Growing up with a father who was a university Art lecturer, creativity wasn’t just encouraged, it was woven into everyday life. From an early age, I learned that art is not only something we make, but something we live.

As a proud mum, creativity flows through both my home and my work. Children see the world with such wonder, and I love nurturing that same curiosity and imagination in others.

I spent many fulfilling years working as a teacher aide, supporting young learners and helping bring their ideas to life, before hanging up my hat last year to step into a new chapter. Along the way, I was fortunate to receive a year-long scholarship at the Queensland Art Gallery when I was younger and to teach arts and crafts at an American summer camp, experiences that deepened my love for sharing creativity across cultures and communities.

I am now the proud owner and heart behind Evenindee Create & Co, where I personally design and run all of our private workshops. When you book a workshop, it’s me you’ll be creating with guiding, encouraging and celebrating every idea that comes to life.

Creating isn’t just something I do it’s who I am. Whether it’s through art, teaching, or everyday moments, I find joy in inspiring others to explore their own creativity. I truly believe that when we create, we connect with ourselves and with each other.

Booking Terms & Workshop Info

  • We are so excited to create with you! To help everything run smoothly and ensure your workshop is relaxed and enjoyable, please take a moment to read through the following booking information.


    Securing Your Booking

    • A 30% deposit is required to secure your workshop date and time.
    • Your booking is confirmed once your deposit has been received.
    • The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your workshop.
    • Final guest numbers are confirmed at the time of final payment.


    Minimum Guest Numbers

    • Private workshops require a minimum of 6 paying guests.
    • If numbers drop below the minimum, you are welcome to continue with the booking by covering the minimum cost or reschedule (subject to availability).

  • Cancellations & Changes

    • Deposits are non-refundable as materials and preparation begin once your date is secured.
    • If you need to cancel more than 7 days before your workshop, your deposit can be transferred to a new date (subject to availability).
    • Cancellations within 7 days of the workshop are unable to be refunded or transferred.
    • Changes to guest numbers within 48 hours of the workshop cannot be refunded.


    Hosting Your Workshop

    To create the best experience for everyone, we ask that the host provides:
    • A table and seating for all guests
    • A comfortable, sheltered, and well-lit space
    • Access to water or handwashing facilities where possible

    We bring all workshop materials, tools, and creative supplies — you just provide the space and the good vibes!

  • Travel

    • Travel within Agnes Water and Captain Creek is included.
    • Travel outside these areas may incur a small additional fee, which will always be discussed prior to booking confirmation.


    Workshop Suitability

    • Our workshops are beginner-friendly and designed to be fun, relaxed, and welcoming for all skill levels.
    • Suitable for adults and older children.
    • Children attending may require adult supervision due to craft materials being used.


    A Little Note

    While we take great care to create a safe and enjoyable environment, guests participate at their own comfort level. We recommend protecting surfaces and choosing a suitable crafting space as adhesives and paints are used during the workshop.


    Timing

    • Setup and pack-down are included within your booking time.
    • Late guest arrival may reduce workshop time to ensure completion within the scheduled booking.
